Achter de Schermen: Wealth of Whoredom
FOTOGRAFIE: In september organiseerde Red Insight een driedaagse, creatieve media-retraite in Nederland voor vermoeide en artistieke sekswerkers. We kwamen samen in een huis in het bos met een sauna, lekker eten, kampvuren en alle benodigde materialen om het verhaal dat we wilden vertellen vorm te geven.
Eerbetoon aan 50 Jaar Sekswerkactivisme in Europa
Nieuws: Op 2 juni vond de herdenking plaats van een cruciaal moment in onze geschiedenis 50 jaar geleden: de bezetting van de Saint-Nizierkerk in Lyon, Frankrijk. Deze door sekswerkers geleide daad van verzet was het begin van een beweging die tot op de dag van vandaag strijdt voor rechten, respect en gerechtigheid. Ter ere van dit moment kwamen we de straat op en zond ESWA Whore TV uit, terwijl sekswerkers wereldwijd samenkwamen.
Een nieuw inzicht: partnerschap met Proximate
Wij zijn super blij met ons allereerste mediapartnerschap! Samen met Proximate, een nieuw Amerikaans non-profit mediaplatform brengen we vanaf deze maand een nieuwsbrief uit!
Zine Workshop voor Sekswerkers
CALL OUT: Deze lente organiseert Red Insight een 2-daagse Zine-workshop, met als thema sekswerk en familie.
Een oproep tot een staakt-het-vuren
EDITORIAL: Het Red Insight team doet als velen op dit moment mee aan protesten over heel Europa, om een onmiddellijk staakt-het-vuren in Gaza te eisen. Wij verzetten ons tegen de aanhoudende aanvallen van Israël op het Palestijnse volk, die genocide meemaken.

ARTIKEL: Ierland heeft net zijn eerste sekswerkfilmfestival ooit achter de rug. Red Insight was op locatie om de cultuur, successen en uitdagingen van onze Ierse collega’s te zien.
